Philips HeartStart Defibrillator Battery (1)

This is a genuine Philips HeartStart replacement battery (reference M5070A) for the HeartStart HS1, OnSite and FRx defibrillators. It is a disposable, long-life primary cell that keeps your AED ready to use, and it is good practice to keep a spare on hand so a unit is never left without power. A defibrillator is only as reliable as the battery inside it, so replacing it on schedule matters.

The battery uses lithium manganese dioxide chemistry, rated at 9 VDC and 4.2 Ah. It carries a shelf life of a minimum of 5 years from the date of manufacture, and a typical standby life of four years once installed by the install-by date. In active use it delivers a minimum of 200 shocks or 4 hours of operating time, and it supports 10 hours of use in training mode.
