Tape, strapping and bandages cover everything from securing a dressing to supporting a joint, and the right choice depends on the job in front of you. Soft paper and fixation tapes like 3M Micropore, Mefix and Hypafix hold dressings in place and lift off without tearing fragile skin, which matters in aged care and post-surgical settings.
Elastic adhesive and cohesive bandages, including Comfort EAB and self-adhering cohesive wraps, give support and compression where a fixed tape would be too rigid.
