Calcium Gluconate Gel
A hydrofluoric acid splash on skin is a medical emergency, and the fluoride ion keeps damaging tissue long after the surface looks settled. Calcium gluconate gel is the recognised first aid for hydrofluoric (HF) acid skin exposure, binding free fluoride at the site to limit that damage while urgent medical help is arranged.
