Estimated Delivery times
We strive to provide accurate and prompt delivery for all our orders. However, please note that the delivery times we offer are estimates only. Due to variables in logistics and courier operations that are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, days of the week, or times of day for the arrival of your order.
Additionally, our courier services operate on standardised routes and schedules, which means we're unable to accommodate for specific timing of your deliveries. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we make every effort to dispatch your orders efficiently and communicate any significant delays or issues that may arise.
Once your parcel has left our warehouse we are unable to amend the delivery address. Keep an eye out for your tracking link/number and contact the carrier for any updates on your delivery, if any issues contacting the carrier please give us a call and we can help locate your delivery.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
For customers using PO Boxes and parcel lockers, please be aware that while we can deliver to these addresses, our preferred method of delivery for areas outside Victoria is to a physical address. This preference is due to the faster and more efficient handling of packages by our courier services when delivered to physical locations.
Returns/Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- Original packaging and any seals must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Compression stockings
For hygiene reasons, compression stockings cannot be returned or refunded once they have been worn or used. Unworn stockings in sealed original packaging may be returned within the 30 day window.
How to return your order
By post: contact us first to arrange the return. You cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
In store: bring your item and proof of purchase to 205 Murphy Street, East Bendigo, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. In-store returns can be processed for a full refund or exchange on the spot.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Faulty or damaged items
This policy covers change of mind returns. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are separate and not affected by this policy. If your product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, contact us straight away and we will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.
