Shipping Costs

Our shipping rates are straightforward to suit all order sizes. Bulk or special items may incur a surcharge—we’ll let you know if this applies.

  • Economy Saver: $9.50 (under 500g), $11.95 (over 500g)—cost-effective for standard delivery.
  • Express: $11.95 (under 500g), $17.95 (over 500g)—speedy delivery for urgent orders.
  • Free Freight: Orders over $200 ship free via Economy Saver—perfect for larger purchases.
  • Freight Express Upgrade: Upgrade orders over $200 to Express for only $6.

Order Processing

We pack and ship your order with speed and care:

  • Same-Day Despatch: Orders placed before 2 PM (AEST) leave our Bendigo warehouse the same day (in-stock items only).
  • Click-and-Collect: Select pick-up at checkout and collect same-day from our store at 205 Murphy Street, East Bendigo. We’ll email when it’s ready.
  • Backordered Items: In-stock items ship first, with backordered items following at no extra shipping cost once available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates based on business days and vary by state. While we despatch quickly, courier schedules and logistics may affect arrival—specific dates, days, or times aren’t guaranteed.

  • Victoria: Economy Saver (3–5 days), Express (1–3 days)
  • SA, ACT, NSW, QLD: Economy Saver (3–7 days), Express (1–4 days)
  • WA, TAS, NT: Economy Saver (5–10 days), Express (3–5 days)

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order. Contact the courier for updates, or call us at 03 5443 2239 if you need assistance. Delivery addresses can’t be changed after despatch.

  • Economy Saver: Australia Post, Sendle, Startrack Road Express—reliable for standard delivery.
  • Express: Australia Post Express, Startrack FPP, TNT/FED EX—fast and efficient for quicker needs.
