Before the strapping goes on, the friction spots and pressure points get dealt with first. Padding and underwrap is the prep layer that sits between the body and the tape, spreading load and cutting the rubbing that turns into a problem mid-game.
Foam underwrap and adhesive underwrap give a clean protective base under rigid tape. For high-friction spots, 2 Toms Skin-on-Skin patches go directly on the skin to cut the rub at the source, in two shapes and sizes to suit the spot.
The foam, underwrap, and skin-protection range sits side by side, so you can build the prep layer to suit the job.
