Do you sell to the public?

We certainly do! We sell to the public, organisations, businesses and more. Our wholesale prices are for everyone!

Is GST included in the price?

GST is already included in our pricing that you see online, some items are not applicable for GST and your order invoice will have a break down of each items GST component 

Where are you located?

We have a store at 205 Murphy Street in East Bendigo, Victoria that customers are welcome to visit. 

Can I pick my order up?

You certainly can, at the checkout simply select the option for "Pick up" and you'll get an email telling you when your order is ready to collect

Do you deliver?

We deliver Australia wide for a flat fee of $11.95

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver all across Australia, we currently do not ship internationally however for people wishing to place an international order please contact our team for a quote

How long will delivery take?

All orders received before 12pm are dispatched the same day for in stock items, once your order has been dispatched you'll receive tracking information. If you have received a tracking number you will get regular updates on consignments from the courier via email, but if you wish to login and see the latest position please use the tracking code on the couriers site.

I've forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

At the top of the home page you'll see a login section, click into here and next to the green sign in button you'll see the words "Forgot your password", click these words to request a password reset link. If you have any trouble with getting a password reset link then open our live chat (bottom right of your screen) so that one our team members can help you

How do I update my email address?

You can either email us, call us or open a live chat on our website so that we can update it for you

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No you don't, you're welcome to check out as a guest however creating an account makes it easier for you as you can view your previous orders, save your address and payment details. If you checked out as a guest but would now like to make an account, open a live chat on our website so one of our team can send you an account invite

What methods of payment do you accept?

Online we currently accept online payment methods of Amex, Apple Pay, Bitcoin, DAI, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Google Pay, Litecoin, Mastercard, Paypal, ShopPay, USDC, Visa and ZipPay. We also offer On Account payments for pre-approved customers. Bank deposit is also accepted however items are not dispatched until payment has cleared. 
In store we currently accept the above payment methods as well as cash. 

How can I use the On Account payment method?

All businesses and organisations will be required to make payment for their first orders before being issued account terms for subsequent orders. Any business or organisation wishing to set up a business account MUST contact our team via email to be approved use of this feature. 

Schools and Government departments are pre-approved for this payment method.

Are your first aid kits TGA registered?

Yes! First Aid Distributions has TGA approval for the supply and manufacture of First Aid Kits. All of our first aid kits have our ARTG reference number on a sticker inside the kit. 
We make sure our kits are not only OH&S compliant but practical and contain the items everyday workplaces need as well as catering for those rare occasions when a well stocked first aid kit is imperative
