Tradies, work vehicles, and school excursions need a kit that survives a ute tray or a tool bag and still opens fast when someone's bleeding. The Model 15 is a portable soft-pack built for exactly that: hard-wearing fabric, fold-out mesh compartments, and carry handles, sized at 30cm x 17cm x 9cm so it stows behind a seat or in a job bag.
The contents cover the everyday job-site injuries: cuts and lacerations, burns, sprains, and eye flushes. You get wound dressings in three sizes, combine and non-adherent dressings, conforming and crepe bandages, burn gel sachets and a burn gel dressing, saline for eyes and wounds, an amputated parts bag, and a CPR face shield. Each item is laid out against the printed contents sheet so restocking after a callout is a tick-and-replace, not a guess.
We design and assemble this kit in-house in Bendigo to meet Australian first aid kit requirements, and the same FAD account that carries the kit carries the individual refills, so topping it up is one order rather than a hunt across suppliers. It ships from our East Bendigo warehouse and Sydney fulfilment centre, and if you need a hand matching kit size to your workplace risk profile, the team on 03 5443 2239 has packed and sold the range.
For a fixed workplace you may want a wall-mounted cabinet instead; this soft-pack suits the mobile trade where the kit travels with the work.

Usage
Keep the kit where it travels with the work, in the cab or the trade bag, not locked in a toolbox that's hard to reach. Run through the contents sheet every six months, for example on the first day of spring and autumn, and replace anything used or expired. In a higher-risk trade, check it monthly.
Care and storage
Store out of direct heat and sunlight; a parked vehicle in summer is the main risk to dressings and gel sachets. Replace used items as part of the six-monthly check so the kit stays ready.
Common questions
Is this kit suitable for a fixed workplace? It can be, but it's a portable soft-pack built for trades and vehicles. For a fixed site you may prefer a wall-mounted cabinet kit.
How do I restock it after use? Order the individual contents through FAD in the one account, so refills come from the same place as the kit.
What's the difference between this and a larger kit? The Model 15 is sized for one to a small crew on the move. Match the kit to your headcount and risk; phone the team if you're not sure.
For what a job-site kit needs to carry, read our guide to first aid kits for construction sites and tradies. See the full range in the workplace first aid kits collection, and keep it current with stock from the first aid kit refills collection.
