Mepilex Border Flex Lite is a thin, self-adherent soft silicone foam dressing from Molnlycke, supplied here as a 15cm x 15cm size in a box of 5. Molnlycke describes it as an all-in-one dressing for non-to-moderately exuding wounds, including wounds on awkward body contours.

The dressing uses a Safetac soft silicone wound contact layer, which Molnlycke states minimises pain and damage to the skin at dressing changes. Flex Technology lets the dressing move with the body and uniquely conform, which Molnlycke says reduces pressure on the skin, increases comfort and lowers the risk of detachment on awkward areas.
