The Smith and Nephew Cicacare Silicone Gel Scar Dressing Sheet is a silicone gel sheet widely used by dermatologists and surgeons, which improves effectively the appearance of red, dark and raised scars. It is a self-adhesive sheet that is comfortable, durable and reusable. It hydrates the scar area, therefore reducing the deposit of collagen, as well as the blood supply. That makes the scar paler in colour, closer to the colour of the patient’s skin.
