HeartSine Samaritan Defibrillator PAD360P (1)

The HeartSine Samaritan PAD360P is a fully automatic defibrillator (AED) built for workplaces, offices and public spaces where the first responder may have no defibrillation training. It reads the patient's heart rhythm and, when a shockable rhythm is found, delivers the shock automatically. There is no shock button to press, which sets it apart from the semi-automatic PAD350P and PAD500P.

The PAD360P uses HeartSine's SCOPE biphasic escalating waveform, a low-energy waveform that adjusts to the patient's impedance and steps the adult shock energy up across attempts (150J, 150J, then 200J). Clear voice and visual prompts talk the responder through each step, and the unit is light enough to carry to the patient.

Each unit is supplied with one Pad-Pak, the single cartridge holding both the battery and the electrodes, so the defibrillator arrives ready to use out of the box. When the Pad-Pak nears its expiry we will let you know, so the unit stays rescue-ready. Replacement adult Pad-Pak cartridges and a HeartSine carry case are available separately.

For a model comparison, the Samaritan PAD350P is the entry-level semi-automatic unit, and the Samaritan PAD500P is the other semi-automatic model in the range; both need a shock-button press, unlike this fully automatic PAD360P.
