HeartSine Samaritan Defibrillator PAD350P (1)

The HeartSine Samaritan PAD 350P is a semi-automatic automated external defibrillator (AED) in the HeartSine Samaritan range. It analyses the patient's heart rhythm and, when a shock is advised, prompts the responder to press the shock button. It suits workplaces, schools, clubs and public sites that want a straightforward unit for people trained in AED use.

HeartSine indicates the PAD 350P for victims of cardiac arrest who are unconscious, not breathing and without circulation. With the adult Pad-Pak it is indicated for patients over 8 years or over 25 kg, and with the Paediatric-Pak for children aged 1 to 8 years or up to 25 kg.

• One cartridge to manage. The Pad-Pak combines the battery and electrode pads in a single cartridge with one expiry date, so there is one item to track and one change roughly every 4 years.
• Escalating shock energy. With the adult Pad-Pak the 350P delivers 150J, 150J then 200J across successive shocks, using HeartSine's SCOPE biphasic escalating waveform that adjusts for patient impedance.
• Quick to charge. HeartSine states charge times of under 8 seconds to 150J and under 12 seconds to 200J.
• Built for real conditions. IP56 rated enclosure for dust and water ingress, with an operating range of 0°C to 50°C.
• 8-year limited warranty on the defibrillator, per HeartSine.
• Supplied as a single unit.
