Intrasite Conformable Dressing (1)

Intrasite Conformable is an amorphous hydrogel dressing from Smith & Nephew, built for wounds on awkward, curved or flexing areas where a flat dressing will not sit. It is a soft non-woven sheet impregnated with Intrasite gel, so it moulds to the wound bed and packs into cavities while staying in contact as the body moves. Three sizes are available, with one dressing per pack.

The gel carrier holds moisture against the wound surface, which the manufacturer describes as supporting a moist wound environment and helping to lift slough and rehydrate dry tissue. The low-adherence design means the dressing lifts away at changes without pulling at the wound bed.

It is used in clinical and aged care wound management, and at home under guidance from a treating clinician, where a conformable gel dressing is needed.
