First Aid Module - Burn Small Industrial

This burn module adds dedicated burn treatment to an existing first aid kit without doubling up on the everyday items you already carry. It is a compact, clear snap-lock case holding burn gel dressings, a burn spray, conforming bandages and gloves, sized to drop into or sit beside a standard workplace kit.

The module carries four 10cm x 10cm burn gel dressings and two 20cm x 20cm dressings for larger areas, a 50ml burn spray for immediate cooling, conforming gauze bandages to hold dressings in place, nitrile gloves and a burn first aid card. That covers the burn response in one grab without unpacking the main kit.

The clear case measures 21cm x 15cm x 7.5cm so the contents are visible at a glance and quick to check. The case is easy to refill, which matters in a setting where burns happen often enough that stock turns over.

Usage

Cool the burn under cool running water for 20 minutes, then cover it with a burn gel dressing, using the burn spray for immediate cooling where water is not at hand. Keep the module alongside your main first aid kit so the burn response is one reach. Check and refill it as part of your six-monthly kit check, or more often in a high-burn setting.

Care and storage

Store the case out of direct heat and sunlight and replace used or expired dressings at each check. The clear case makes a quick visual stock check easy.

Common questions

Is this a standalone kit? No. It is a module designed to add burn treatment to an existing first aid kit, not to replace a general kit.

Does it include enough for a large burn? It carries 20cm x 20cm dressings for larger areas. For high burn-risk sites needing face and full-body cover, the Burn Large Industrial kit is the heavier option.
