Usage

Cool a burn under cool running water for 20 minutes first, then apply a burn gel dressing or Burnaid dressing to cover the area. Use the full-body or face dressing for large or facial burns, and the gel tube for small burns where a dressing is not practical. Mount the kit where the burn risk is highest and check the contents every six months, replacing anything used or past its expiry.

Care and storage

Keep the case out of direct heat and sunlight. Replace used dressings, gel and any expired items at the six-monthly check so the kit is ready when a burn happens.
