The bright blue colour is easy to see against food and surfaces, which supports hygiene checks in commercial kitchens. Each strip is latex-free and hypo-allergenic, sterile and individually wrapped for single use.

Where these plasters are used

Blue visual plasters suit minor cuts and abrasions where staff handle food, so a detached plaster can be seen rather than missed. They are a single-use plaster for minor cuts and abrasions. This is a visual (blue) plaster, easy to spot against food and surfaces, but it is not metal-detectable, so it does not show up on metal detectors used in some food production lines.
