The Smith & Nephew Primapore fabric island dressing is an adhesive dressing for everyday cuts and grazes. It has a central absorbent pad surrounded by an adhesive fabric border, so the whole dressing goes on in one piece without separate tape. This pack holds 20 dressings, each 8cm x 15cm.

Smith & Nephew describe Primapore as an adhesive dressing designed to help protect the wound against contamination and maintain a favourable environment for healing. The fabric backing flexes with the skin, which suits awkward areas such as elbows where a rigid dressing tends to lift.
