Primapore Fabric Island Dressing 8cm x 10cm (20)

The Smith & Nephew Primapore is a sterile adhesive island dressing with a central absorbent pad and a soft fabric border. It suits cuts, grazes and post-operative wounds, including stitches, on areas that move or perspire such as elbows, knees, hands and feet. Each dressing is individually packed and can stay in place for one to two days.

The breathable, flexible fabric conforms to the body and stays put, while the thick central pad cushions the wound and absorbs exudate. A low-allergy adhesive holds the dressing securely and lifts away cleanly for low-trauma removal.
