The Smith & Nephew Primapore Fabric Island Dressing is a sterile adhesive dressing for covering cuts, grazes and sutured wounds. A central absorbent pad sits on a breathable fabric backing with a low-allergy adhesive border, so it holds securely on areas that sweat or flex such as hands, feet, elbows and knees. Each box holds 50 individually packed sterile dressings in the 6cm x 8.3cm size. It suits first aid kits, everyday household use and workplace wound cover.

The thick central pad cushions the wound and absorbs exudate while helping reduce leakage and staining. The breathable fabric conforms to body movement and stays in place, and the hypoallergenic adhesive is gentle on sensitive skin. Removal is low-trauma, lifting away cleanly without damaging the skin. Each dressing can be worn for up to one to two days.
