The Smith & Nephew Primapore Fabric Island Dressing is a sterile adhesive dressing for cuts, grazes and stitches, with a central absorbent pad set on a breathable fabric border. It suits sweaty spots like the hands and feet and high-movement areas like the elbows and knees, where a dressing needs to flex and stay put. Each dressing is supplied singly across six sizes, so you can match the dressing to the wound. The low-allergy adhesive holds for one to two days and lifts away with little trauma to the skin.
