Non Woven Island Dressing - Aero (1)

The Aero AEROFIX non-woven island dressing is a sterile, single-use dressing built for everyday wound cover: a central absorbent pad set on an adhesive border, so the pad sits over the wound and the border holds it to the skin in one piece. It suits superficial wounds, abrasions and sutured wounds where you want one dressing that both covers and fixes. Choose the size to match the wound, leaving enough adhesive border to seat on intact skin around it.

The pad is Aero's SupaSorb absorbent pad with internal pockets, sitting behind a non-adherent contact layer. The contact layer is designed to lift away with less pull at the wound site at dressing changes. The backing is a soft, conformable non-woven that follows body contours, fixed with SupaBond adhesive, and the outer is a breathable, water-repellent non-woven barrier.
