Non Woven Island Dressing 6cm x 8cm - Aero (50)

The Aero non-woven island dressing is a 6cm x 8cm adhesive dressing, supplied in a box of 50. It pairs a central SupaSorb absorbent pad with a soft, conformable non-woven adhesive border, so the pad sits over the wound while the border holds the dressing to the surrounding skin. The 6cm x 8cm size is for covering wounds, abrasions and sutured sites where a self-adhesive island dressing is wanted rather than a pad and separate tape.

How it is used

The non-adherent contact layer is designed to minimise sticking to the skin at a dressing change. The SupaBond adhesive border holds the dressing in place and removes the need for separate fixing tape, and the individually sterile wrap means each dressing stays clean until it is opened. The non-woven backing is breathable and water-repellent. Do not use on infected wounds.
