Hot and Cold Reusable Gel Pack - Liberty (1)

The Liberty reusable gel pack works as both a heat pack and an ice pack, so one pack covers warm and cold use at home, at work or in your first aid kit. Warm it in the microwave or hot water, or freeze it, then use it again and again.

To warm it, microwave it or place it in hot water and follow the instructions printed on the back of the pack. For cold use, freeze it until solid beforehand. Wrap the pack in a cloth or thin towel before it touches skin, and follow the on-pack directions for safe use. It is also known as a heat pack or ice pack.
