The Body Assist elastic ankle support is a tubular elastic sock that gives all-over compression to tired, swollen or strained ankles. It suits sport and everyday wear, and slips easily into a shoe.

The breathable black fabric holds compression without trapping heat, so it stays comfortable through a full day or a game. It fits either foot and suits minor soft tissue strains and sprains.

Measure around the ankle in a figure 8 configuration, then match the measurement to the size below. If you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller one for firmer compression.

• XSML = up to 40cm
• SML = 40cm to 45cm
• MED = 45cm to 50cm
• LGE = 50cm to 55cm
• XLG = 55cm plus
