The Convatec DuoDERM CGF is a sterile hydrocolloid dressing for exuding wounds, sized 20cm x 20cm and supplied as a single dressing. It is moisture-retentive and conformable, so it moulds gently to the wound site and the surrounding skin.

Convatec lists DuoDERM CGF for use on dermal wounds, including pressure ulcers and leg ulcers, minor traumatic wounds such as abrasions and lacerations, partial-thickness burns and donor sites. It is best used as part of a managed wound care plan, so seek clinical advice for chronic or non-healing wounds. As a moisture-retentive hydrocolloid, it is designed to support autolytic debridement.

The dressing is latex-free. Depending on the wound and clinical judgement, it can be left in place for up to several days between changes. Always read the instructions for use.
