Cuticerin from Smith & Nephew is a low-adherent wound contact layer for extensive, exuding wounds. It is an impregnated dressing made of a smooth acetate fabric with a defined mesh size, coated with a water-repellent ointment containing petrolatum, paraffin and Eucerite®. Each sterile dressing measures 7.5cm x 20cm and is supplied singly.

The manufacturer lists Cuticerin for the treatment of extensive, exuding wounds, in particular burns, abrasions, radiation injuries and split-thickness skin graft donor sites.
