Conveen Optima Urisheath (1)

The Conveen Optima is an external male urisheath from Coloplast, worn like a soft sleeve over the penis and connected to a drainage bag for discreet, hands-free urinary drainage. It is made from PSX silicone, a stretchy, breathable material that moves with the body for a secure, comfortable fit. Each sheath can be worn for up to 24 hours.

Easy to apply

A double-grip roll-out strip lets the sheath unroll smoothly and sit securely in one motion, including for carers or nurses wearing gloves. A colour-coded tab marks the size on each applicator.

Anti-leakage design

• A push ring at the tip, ribbed for sure grip, makes a secure connection to the drainage bag
• An anti-kink bellow at the base keeps urine flowing freely and stops the outlet folding over
• Balanced adhesive holds the sheath reliably in place, then removes cleanly without pulling at the skin

Comfortable, skin-friendly wear

The balanced adhesive is self-adhesive and skin-friendly, designed to hold securely without causing skin irritation. The PSX silicone is breathable, so the skin stays comfortable across a full day of wear.

Choosing a size

Conveen Optima comes in a range of sizes so you can match the fit to the wearer. Two lengths are available, Short and Long, across diameters from 21mm to 40mm (Short: 21, 25, 30 and 35mm; Long: 25, 28, 30, 35 and 40mm). The right diameter matters for both comfort and a leak-free seal, so measure and choose the size on clinical advice if you are unsure. The drainage bag connects to the outlet and is sold separately.

Discreet packaging

Each sheath comes in a compact, lightweight clear plastic shell that is easy to open and can go in normal household waste.
