Courier let your company and me down

I placed the order and specified where it was to be delivered.
I was overseas and my flatmate who has power of attorney tried to chase down where my product was. She was then led about because the freight enquired why she was following up on this product instead of me. Amazing. I’m now advised she tracked it down and it’s at the clearly marked address.
