For any thermal burn, first cool the area under cool running water for at least 20 minutes. ANZCOR advises that a cooling gel is used after that initial water cooling, not as a substitute for it, so this spray sits after the water step. For anything beyond a minor surface burn, seek medical advice.

How to use it
