The Convatec Aquacel Foam Adhesive Dressing is a soft absorbent foam dressing for exuding and non-exuding wounds, and for the protection of intact skin. It combines an absorbent foam pad, an Aquacel hydrofiber interface, a gentle silicone adhesive border and a waterproof barrier against viral and bacterial penetration. Use it under the guidance of a healthcare professional, as a primary dressing or as a secondary dressing over a primary dressing.

• Soft absorbent foam pad to hold excess wound fluid and cushion the wound
• Aquacel hydrofiber interface with vertical wicking, which draws fluid up into the dressing and limits its lateral spread to reduce the risk of maceration to surrounding skin
• Gentle silicone adhesive border designed to hold to the skin around the wound, with a skin-friendly adhesive for simple application and removal
• Waterproof barrier that allows the patient to shower and bathe
• Does not contain latex
