Comfort First Pants Premium Pull-ups 10 Drop

Pull-on continence pants suit adults who manage their own changes and want to keep their usual routine. They go on and off like regular underwear, they're unisex, and they come in four sizes. Comfort First designs them for everyday incontinence management and active use.

"10 drop" is Comfort First's own absorbency label. The same label sits on its wrap-arounds, which hold more size for size, and the brand doesn't state a test method for its millilitre figures, so the drop number alone won't tell you how much a product holds.

Sizing

Comfort First sizes by waist measurement only. Measure around the waist at the point where the product will sit, then match it to the ranges below. Wearing, changing and skin care

As Comfort First describes them, the pants carry a wetness indicator showing when to change, a discard tape for discreet disposal, odour control, and 3D leakage barriers to help hold leaks in.

Comfort First says most people change every four to six hours during the day. Continence Health Australia's continence products guidance sets no fixed interval for disposables, and advises cleaning and drying the skin gently at each change and applying barrier creams or moisturisers. It also notes that some people's skin can react to some products, and that if skin becomes red or sore you should talk to a doctor straightaway.

Overnight, Comfort First's guidance is that the pant alone may not be enough for heavier leakage. It suggests an insert booster pad inside the pant or a maxi bed mat underneath, and the wrap-arounds where more capacity is needed.
