Comfort First Premium Pull-Ups: Comfort and Confidence Day and Night

A leak at the wrong moment, or a fit that never feels secure, wears people down. Continence protection that gets it wrong is stressful in a way that has nothing to do with the product and everything to do with the day it interrupts. Comfort First Premium Pull-Ups are built to take that worry off the table, with a soft feel against the skin and absorbency made for real life. They're developed by the team at First Aid Distributions, who work with continence products every day and hear what customers actually need.

What Comfort First pull-ups do

Comfort First pull-ups are made for everyday wear and overnight use, as an adult pull-up pant that goes on and comes off like normal underwear.

  • Soft, skin-friendly materials that help reduce the risk of irritation.
  • Inner distribution layers and 3D leak barriers that hold liquid where it is needed.
  • An odour control system and a wetness indicator, so a change happens at the right time.
  • A tear-away side and discard tape that make changes and disposal easier, for the wearer or the person caring for them.

You can see the pack options in the disposable pads and pants range.

How to choose your size

The wrong fit is a common cause of leaks, so it pays to measure before ordering. Choose by waist measurement, then match the absorbency to the day or night ahead. Comfort First pull-ups come in Medium, Large and XL.

Size Waist Absorbency
Medium 60 to 120cm 2,300ml
Large 65 to 140cm 2,330ml
XL 70 to 160cm 2,500ml

If you sit between two sizes, or you're ordering for someone else, call us on 03 5443 2239 and we'll help you get it right. If a size doesn't work out, we'll sort it.

Day and night absorbency

Daytime and overnight needs are different. Through the day, when a change is easy to manage, a lighter absorbency is usually enough and feels less bulky under clothes. Overnight, a higher absorbency means fewer interruptions and a better night's sleep. Many people keep two absorbencies on hand, a day option and a night option, rather than asking one product to do both jobs. You can compare the Comfort First absorbency options before you decide.

Discreet changes and disposal

The tear-away sides let a pull-up come off without removing shoes or trousers, which matters in a public bathroom or when a carer is helping. The discard tape rolls the used product into a small, sealed bundle that goes straight in the bin without fuss or odour. For changes away from home, a dark disposal bag or a zip pouch in a handbag keeps everything discreet.

How NDIS ordering works

Continence products are a common NDIS consumable, usually funded under Core Supports. If your plan is self-managed, you can order directly and claim through the portal. If you're plan-managed, we can invoice your plan manager directly, and support coordinators ordering for a participant can set up a regular order so supply never runs short. Our NDIS and disability support page sets out how each option works, and you can call us if you'd rather talk it through.

Why people choose Comfort First

Comfort First sits alongside the wider first aid and medical range at First Aid Distributions, so continence products arrive on the same account and the same invoice as the rest of your order. People come back because they can talk to a real person about sizing and absorbency rather than work it out alone. The continence range keeps growing too, as we covered in how the Comfort First range is expanding. Getting the fit right the first time is a small relief, and it's the part we're glad to help with.

Common questions

How many pull-ups will I need a day? This varies from person to person. Start with a smaller pack, then settle into a regular order once you know your own pattern.

Can I use one product for day and night? You can, though a higher absorbency overnight usually means fewer interruptions. Keeping a day option and a night option tends to suit most people better.

Are these suitable for sensitive skin? The materials are chosen to be gentle and to help reduce irritation. If skin irritation continues, speak with your GP or a continence nurse.
