The Moon Boot is a fully adjustable air cast boot designed to support the healing of a wide range of foot and ankle fractures. The list includes metatarsal fracture, stress fracture, sprained ankle, broken foot, and lisfranc injuries. The Moon Boot is also recommended for post-operative use. Its integrated medical-grade fasteners ensure that the boot will not come off during repeated wear. 

Long moon boots are typically used for more severe injuries like acute ankle sprains, stress fractures of the lower leg, and stable fractures of the foot or ankle that require immobilization of the leg.

Short moon boots are generally used for less severe injuries that need less support, such as postoperative foot surgery, metatarsal and digital fractures, and soft tissue trauma of the foot and ankle.
