A fully adjustable air cast walker boot for supporting and immobilising a range of foot and ankle injuries, including metatarsal fractures (a break in one of the long bones of the midfoot), stress fractures, sprained ankles, broken foot and Lisfranc injuries (damage to the joints and ligaments across the midfoot). It also suits post-operative use. Integrated healthcare-quality fasteners hold the boot securely in place through repeated wear.

Long moon boots are typically used for more severe injuries like acute ankle sprains, stress fractures of the lower leg, and stable fractures of the foot or ankle that require immobilisation of the leg.

Short moon boots are generally used for less severe injuries that need less support, such as post-operative foot surgery, metatarsal and digital fractures, and soft tissue trauma of the foot and ankle.
