The Sutherland Medical CollarForm padded arm sling is a stretch-resistant collar and cuff sling made from a 5cm wide strip of high-density foam covered in a pure cotton stockinette, a soft tubular knitted fabric that sits against the skin. It is supplied as a single 1.5m length that you cut to the size you need, and is designed to support the clavicle and hold the arm in a collar-and-cuff position.

You cut the length to suit the wearer, then loop it behind the neck and around the wrist so the forearm is held across the body. The cotton stockinette sits next to the skin at the neck and wrist, and the high-density foam keeps its shape instead of stretching out under the weight of the arm, so the support holds through the day.
