Based on the feedback we’ve received and our own internal review, we recognise that our current program isn’t providing the value you should expect from us, so we've decided to shut things down to make way for a new and better experience.

Our new Loyalty Program will be designed to offer you:

• More dynamic rewards that adapt to your needs
• Better perks and exclusive benefits for loyal customers like yourself
• A smoother, easier-to-use system that makes redeeming rewards effortless
• Rewards that are redeemable both in-store and online

We can’t wait to introduce these new enhancements, and appreciate your patience while we prepare to launch the new program.

In the meantime, here's what you need to know:

• You can continue to use your existing loyalty points until December 31st, 2025. After this date, our current Loyalty Program as it stands, will be decommissioned.
• Starting today, you will no longer be able to earn new loyalty points under the current program.
• Don’t worry - your existing points remain safe and ready for you to use before the cutoff date.

As a reminder, here are the loyalty perks you can redeem up until December 31st:

• 5% OFF - 200 points
• FREE Delivery over $50 - 200 points
• 10% OFF - 400 points
