Supplier & Freight Costs: A small update to keep things running smoothly

Over the past few months, we’ve seen significant increases in both supplier and freight costs.

Ongoing global fuel disruptions, including impacts flowing through from the Iran conflict, have led to higher transport costs across Australia. Unfortunately, this has affected both our suppliers and the courier networks we rely on to get orders to you.

As a small, family-run business, we’ve worked hard to absorb these increases for as long as possible. However, to continue operating sustainably and maintaining the level of service you expect, we need to make a few adjustments.

What’s changing:

• A small price increase across our product range, which you should start to see flow through our product catalogue progressively over the next few weeks
  
• Flat rate shipping of $14.95
  

The upside for you:

We’ve reduced our free shipping threshold from $200 to $139, making it much easier to qualify for free shipping on your orders.
